Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago Names Community Reinvestment Fund, USA (CRF) Community First Fund Partner; CRF Receives $5 Million, 10-Year Loan | Chicago, IL and Minneapolis, MN - January 27, 2016 - The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago today announced that Community Reinvestment Fund, USA (CRF), a national, nonprofit community development financial institution (CDFI) based in Minneapolis, MN, has been named a partner of the Community First Fund and is the recipient of a $5 million, 10-year loan. The Community First Fund is a $50 million revolving loan fund that provides direct support to community development financial institutions, community development loan funds, and state housing finance agencies serving Illinois and Wisconsin. »
