The loan evaluation service is free, and there is no commitment on your part.

Please note that CRF does not buy loans from individuals, only from lending institutions. Proceeds from sales of loans must be made for community-development purposes (economic development in low-income areas, affordable housing, community facilities).

If you'd like us to evaluate several loans, just change the information about the loans but leave the information about your organization as it is. Please give each loan a separate name (even if it's just Loan A, Loan B, etc.) so we can clearly identify its worth for you. Please complete all fields to ensure a more accurate valuation.
