Debra Mounsey, Vice President of Human Resources
Debra Mounsey leads CRF’s organizational development capacity, including business strategy creation, strategic planning process facilitation and business strategy alignment. Mounsey brings a balance of linear thinking and mindfulness to CRF’s internal culture, in order to keep the entire team focused on achieving organizational goals.
Mounsey also oversees employee cultural changes, employee engagement initiatives and employee development programs, in addition to traditional human resource management responsibilities, including employee benefits, hiring practices, staff coaching, employee performance evaluation and organization-wide training processes.
Mounsey is also an executive coach and holds a master’s degree in human resource and change leadership, as well as an executive coaching certificate, from the University of St. Thomas.
