Community Reinvestment Fund, USA Hires Keith Rachey as Chief Customer Officer

Rachey brings 20+ years of business leadership experience to CRF.

keithCommunity Reinvestment Fund, USA (CRF) has hired Keith Rachey as chief customer officer. Rachey will support CRF's mission by leading the charge to significantly increase its network of local community partners throughout the country, drive community impact, and improve customer experience.

Rachey brings more than 20 years of business leadership and entrepreneurial experience to CRF. Rachey founded Inetium, a technology consulting firm, where he was president and CEO for 11 years. During that time, the business grew to become the leading Microsoft consulting firm in the upper Midwest. It merged into Avtex Solutions in 2011 and Rachey was named chief customer officer.

"I am pleased that Keith has agreed to join CRF at this time. He is an important addition to the organization's management team," said Frank Altman, president and CEO. "Keith brings extensive experience in customer focus and business-building, and will help take CRF to the next level."

As chief customer officer, Rachey will be responsible for improving customer experience and operational excellence, while overseeing the marketing, sales, and product development functions.
