CRF SBA 7(a) Loan Referral Program
Expanding lending solutions for small business borrowers
Community Reinvestment Fund, USA (CRF) complements the lending efforts of banks, credit unions, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), and other community development lending organizations by providing help on small business loans they are unable to fund due to size, industry restrictions, lending restrictions or other criteria.
CRF provides funding for:
· Permanent working capital
· Refinancing existing debt
· Business equipment
· Owner-occupied commercial real estate and leasehold improvements
Loans between $100,000 and $2,000,000 are eligible for financing.
Lending organizations earn a referral fee on closed loans. This fee is not a borrower expense.
CRF is a nonprofit organization that works to create jobs and improve communities. That’s why we provide flexible lending solutions to business owners who simply need a financial boost to keep a good business growing and the neighborhood strong. All of our loans are fully amortizing – no balloons.
