CRF performs master servicing duties for all loans that we purchase and securitize (more than 800 to date), and since inception in 1988, has both set up and served as manager and master servicer for numerous structured finance facilities.
CRF also maintains a nationwide network of more than 30 sub-servicers who bring local market knowledge and hands-on capabilities. We extend to our clients care, diligence and expertise to streamline all stages of the servicing process.
